Having worked in the commercial sector for many years, I understand what it feels like when encountering emotional issues and stress in life. I embarked on a journey of self-exploration and yoga practice which has allowed me to feel, see and find my own potential, as well as what I am passionate about in life.
Throughout these years of experiences in working on the Self, I feel grateful to have completed a Degree in Psychology, and a Master Degree in Counselling with my placement practice completed in Kerith. I am now a qualified Counsellor and a Registered Member of BACP, and I am working towards my accreditation.
I work with an integrative approach, applying benefits from various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), etc, to cater for different concerns of clients, such as stress, mood issues, grief, phobia, panic attack, esteem and relationship issues, etc.
In my counselling sessions, I work with clients collaboratively in unleashing their potential, be it in their life journey, career development, parenting stage, as well as their children’s development, etc. I look forward to serving you!
