How can we help

Life is not always easy and at times can present us with pain, stress, sadness, and confusion. Let our trained counsellors guide and support you through some of life’s difficult times.

A happy and fulfilled relationship with a partner is a complex matter. Kerith can support you whether your situation is to engage in pre-marital counselling, restore a relationship, or explore the possibility of separation.

We currently have qualified, experienced supervisors who would be happy to explore the possibility of a supervision contract with you as an individual or with a group.

‘absolutely amazing - turned my life around'

Do you or someone you know need help dealing with unresolved trauma?
We can help!

Kerith Counselling Service is providing counselling sessions led by specialist therapists. They are trained to work with the wide range of distressing effects that can come from trauma.

Great care is taken to place those needing our help with the appropriate counsellor for them.

We offer 12 free counselling sessions following an introductory assessment appointment. Kerith is being funded by the Robertson Trust for the 12 sessions on offer, however, should further sessions be required there are alternative routes we can explore to achieve this.
