If I require help – What do I do?

Who else will know?

Only those you choose to tell. Confidentiality will be discussed at the first meeting.

How long will it last?

Each session will take 60 minutes. We offer an 8 session Brief Focused-Integrated Therapy. The contract is open to negotiation between you and your counsellor.

When Will I be seen?

Kerith offers daytime appointments Monday to Thursday and evening appointments Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. There is a degree of flexibility which can be negotiated with your counsellor. Waiting list is approximately 8 weeks

What will it cost?

Kerith is a Scottish Charity and depends on donations. However to secure the neccessary funding of the service we require clients to make a minimal contribution of :

These costs will be payable following each session. Assisted places at a reduced cost are available for anyone unable to meet the full cost of the counseling sessions.

Donations to Kerith

If you would like to make a donation to Kerith this can be done by either cash or cheque made payable to "Kerith Counselling Service". We provide a Gift Aid declaration form and would ask that you kindly download it, returning it to us with gift. Your donation will be greatly received and will go towards the continued improvement of the service. Thank you.
