Our counsellors work within a variety of Counselling/Psychological Models, namely;

As an agency we work within an integrative Brief Focused Model, offering an initial contract of eight sessions. It would however, be our intention to work with a client until a satisfactory ending is accomplished.

We also provide placement for Post Graduate Counsellors seeking to practice the required hours to complete their Diploma. Free Group supervision is available (additional to course requirements) one evening per month and one to one supervision available as the need arises.
